Refund policy

NO RETURNS POLICY

At Moonstone & Mortar, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any products purchased from our store.

Why We Have This Policy:

  • Many of our products are energetically sensitive items (crystals, herbs, oils, etc.) that absorb energy from their environment
  • Hygiene and safety considerations for consumable or topical products
  • The personal and spiritual nature of our products makes them unsuitable for resale

What This Means:

  • All purchases are final at the time of sale
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect sizing, or dissatisfaction with the product
  • No exchanges or store credit will be provided
  • Items cannot be returned even if unused or in original packaging

Exceptions: We will only consider replacements in the extremely rare case of:

  • Items damaged during shipping (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)
  • Incorrect items sent due to our fulfillment error (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
